  • Attempting to bypass regulatory checks
• Strict Prohibition on Fraud & Money Laundering:

  Users are strictly prohibited from using OnEx Market’s virtual accounts or services to engage in any form of fraud, money laundering, or financial crimes. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation, and to report such accounts to law enforcement and regulatory bodies.

• KYC & AML Compliance:

  OnEx Market adheres to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. All users must verify their identity with valid documentation. We reserve the right to request additional verification at any time and to suspend services until compliance is confirmed.

• Service Changes: We may update or suspend services without prior notice.
• Termination: We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate your account if we suspect illegal or unethical behavior, with or without prior notice.

Transactions & Fees

Transaction fees may apply depending on the service selected. All charges will be clearly displayed before confirmation. By proceeding, you authorize OnEx Market to deduct the applicable fee.
